@cub80_appleby if I want to irreparably damage my mental health I’ll watch the news. I don’t need that thing. Fortunately for my mental health, I don’t want to do either. Just when I start to feel better I get hit with another barrage.
@cub80_appleby well, I have people in my life with a history of deliberately withholding information, like the time a murderer was loose in our neighborhood
@evilcookies98@cub80_appleby I haven't owned a TV in over 10 years and very rarely pay any attention to the news unless it's the big stories that everybody is talking about and I think I'm much better off mentally for it.
@cub80_appleby@shortwavesurfer2009 you should get yourself a streaming box and get a copy of Pluto TV. You don’t have to watch any bull crap you don’t want to and you can sit around watching good stuff all day.
