@MusiqueNow that’s my alma mater - it’s a big campus, I’m sure they’ll move to another location & that this will continue - many faculty support the students
What do you think of Mayor Karen Bass who is supposed to a progressive. Has she made any statements supporting Free palestine protesters? And isn't she a former academic?
@MusiqueNow no, she made a statement similar to the CS governor’s condemning violence; she was in DC for 3 days of this only returning last night. Many ppl may not be aware that city officials don’t decide on campus responses; UCLA did & called in LAPD. UC (all campus orgs) president now “investigating” - all under external right wing & Zio pressure
