@kallekn Yes. It does seem that this is coming back after having been absent for a while.
My general take is that Russian use of nuclear weapons to win the war in Ukraine remains highly unlikely, but that we should be careful about ruling anything out if at some point Putin is fighting for the grasp on power in Russia.
