Yes, you can do MFA with KeePassXC and a million other clients, but the UI and sync for Authy is above and beyond anything else I've used (and yes, I'm bummed Authy isn't open source.)
@ikkeT@keepassxc TOTP on KeePassXC works great for me most of the time on a desktop browser, but it's pretty wonky when it doesn't detect the field and the Android app requires switching to the KeePass2android keyboard to fill it in. There were presumably plugins to fix it at one time that don't run on the current version of Android.
