NovaSquirrel, Doing small talk about work is weird, since there's significantly less randomness on a day-to-day basis than there must be in other kinds of jobs the way other people talk about them. I go into work knowing I'm just going to continue to chip away at tasks I've taken on and attend meetings here and there, so I have no idea what a good or bad day of work looks like.
