Good morning champions!

I’m finally seeing a physiotherapist about my dodgy knee this morning, 18 months after I first hurt it, and about a month after it really stopped giving me gyp.

So, yay?

Well, the physio trip was an interesting one.

Long story short, there’s nothing tremendously wrong with my knee, she thinks just a small amount of damage to the cartilage. Trouble is, me being a fat bastard coupled with having a more sedentary role for the past couple of years have led to my leg not being strong enough to compensate for it.

So, looks like I gotta lose some weight…

@DJDarren In my experience, physiotherapists do magic (as long as you do the work).

I hope you have the same experience with yours!

@DJDarren
I've likewise had a sore knee for approaching a year. It was so painful it was keeping me awake in bed last night. I am actually able to walk around on it and even exercise, though exercising exacerbates the pain, hence I am not using my rowing machine today.
Hope your physio appointment goes well

@Shivviness Yep. A few months ago, when I first made the appointment, my knee was keeping me awake.

Now I barely notice it. Bloody typical.
