I see no reason why Trump shouldn't be jailed if convicted in his NYC criminal trial. I find talk of probation or house arrest to be offensive, simply because it isn't equal justice under the law. How it "looks" for America to imprison its former president should be less important than what it proves-- that no one is above our laws, especially those with a higher responsibility to obey them.
