personally i think when im this stuck-in-bed depressed, its morally correct to scoop me up and sling me over a shoulder and just go about your day
ill be quiet dw. i might occasionally go oooh at cool things though
im at that level of sad where im actually kinda happy but if i think about doing anything for more than like 5 seconds ill spiral into selfhatred
so im just sitting in my highly unstable happiness for now lol
