Let’s get real. Future felon Trump’s legal team demanding that the NY election interference trial be dismissed has nothing to do with Stormy Daniels being ‘combative’ … a tactic Trump himself constantly uses … it’s because they know Trump is going to lose.
@HamonWry Agreed. The mistrial card has been played plenty here and failed in other Trump proceedings as well. Judge Merchan is not having any of it during this trial and for good reason. Merchan is also being very careful on his wording with these decisions, in order to remove any doubt from (a possible) appeals court judge's review down the line.
