breast augmentation
orchiectomy
vaginoplasty
phalloplasty
Hormone Replacement Therapy (for kids‡ & adults)
‡ many states recently: What's that, you're a CIS kid who has a medical need for HRT or puberty blockers? Tough shit. Suffer.
