Crappy weather and feeling like junk food thought I'd see what this flavor of Hot & Spicy I picked up tastes like.
Pretty good - there's some tartness to it and slightly late heat - like it was made with hot sauce incorporated.

Used a ⅓ of the can cubed up in a "trashy" noodle dish that's an occasional indulgence (next)

So you start by browning, heating up the meat (which is optional anyways, you could use eggs instead or not)

Then in that pan you cook up some onions, not to browning but just translucence and softening and then chopped garlic and a hot 🌶️

[actually I started with a hard scrambled a couple of eggs first with 2 small cubes of the spam + a tiny bit of onion, seasoned heavily with black pepper; the spam was set aside with that - pic 3]

Next step: while the 🧅 🧄🌶️ cook down a bit, get your pot of water aboil so you can put in 2 or 3 (latter here) packs of instant noodles (I used Mama) sans the flavor packs (so just the noodles)
So how you gonna flavor these you ask.
Well, to the pan, with 🧅🧄🌶️ cooked & moved to the side, add a bit of oil, heat & you add some spices: turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and I like to add generous Jamaican curry powder. Bloom, mix add back 🥚spam

Curry fried noodles I guess you can call it. Back in India, iny college days fried 'Maggi' (usually with paneer cubes) was popular.

Sometimes I use chopped tomatoes, but here a teeny squirt of ketchup for a bit of sweetness (besides the bits of onion) is in the mix. Anyways mix well to get the noodles well coated and that's it!

Sometimes you need a bit of campy

@SRDas I soak the noodles (WaiWai or Mama) in water till they're soft and then go about the usual steps of frying them with the ingredients. Most times using the flavor packs as a masala of sorts.

/Tip I learned it from Bhutanese friends (the soaking part) - college days too :D
