Another coloradoan here, in Fort Collins.
Pros: blue island in a purple state, mostly temperate weather, lots of sunshine (avg 300+ sunny days/year) 30 min from RMNP, scenery/wildlife is 10-10, outdoor activities is 10/10, lots of parks & natural areas, college town.
Cons: diversity is 1/10, pop growth is rampant so prop values astronomical & rising, not particularly walkable unless you’re in town center.
