Yesterday I wrote a blog post about the racist incident I experienced in San Francisco this time last year, which has made me feel more meh about being there, but also mostly brought up some feelings of fear and anxiety about being an immigrant
@skinnylatte your writing is so evocative and beautiful. For me it's hard to explain the immigrant experience, this is the best thing I've read on it:

The incident sucks, you now how ineffective hearing "I'm sorry that happened" is sometimes, but I am. Thanks for always sharing your experiences with courage and introspection.
