I can’t believe I had to tell a client that I can’t make any decisions based on her baby because it’s not born yet

But she tried to claim life begins at conception blah blah blah blah

I don’t care about debating the ethics, but I just told her that the computer doesn’t recognise people’s birthdays if they’re in the future and that placated her

I mean, the Government doesn’t grant residency until birth, so I can’t make decisions for someone that doesn’t exist

In Poland they do. You can absolutely put the unborn as someone owning a house or a car. Which is one of the arguments against abortion because of... Reasons. Poland is dumb.

Yes. It's not common, but once the fetus survives 6 weeks or something like that it's legally recognised as a person.

And therefore can get things in case of your death.
