Although it may be tempting to set up a fascist regime, tidy everything up, dot all the I's and finally get everything done, consider that you may be throwing the baby out with the bathwater. It would be an extremely boring and uninspiring society. And people who vote for fascist-leaning political parties are completely blind to this. Who do you think came up with political ideas in the first place? Not your dreadfully boring and orderly lot!
