at the end of the day the climate ride folks insisted 99.1 miles isn’t enough for my first century so after three glasses of wine I got back on the bike and finished it
@rebeccawatson that's a great accomplishment, congratulations! Great weather for it. And going back to pick up that last mile is very admirable, I know so many people who do a century, get to 99.8 and step off the bike and i'm like "RIDE AROUND THE BLOCK” hahaha.
@jasonmolenda I insisted I wasn’t going to but the wine and the gentle mocking got me! and when I came back I got a big round of applause, probably from many ppl who assumed I was the last person finishing the ride 😂
