Peas & carrots. Peas are easier because they can be tossed into most soups/stews/casseroles as an extra veggie boost. Carrots, I have to finely shred & mix into something. It probably negates any health benefits, but I convince myself that I'm doing something good for me anyway.
@purplepadma Not really. For a while I tried taking fish oil in a variety of forms because it was “good for me”, and eventually gave up because it was just yucky. (I guess that doesn’t quite count as “food”.)
I do eat more fish now (which I like) than I did then.

I can't say I do. I eat broccoli (calabrese) and sweet peppers because Mrs Mike insists they're healthy but I mildly dislike them and it's not worth falling out over. Cauliflower is going the same way!
