Taylor Swift is going to direct and star in a Marvel movie and be given more creative control over that project than any of the award-winning directors they’ve paid millions of dollars to work with in the recent past. They would rather let Taylor Swift carry the studio on the back of her lore-obsessed, completionist fanbase than tell one good story to their own. It’s astonishing. And it’ll sell billions! This may be the nexus event!! HAIL SATAN!! Or HYDRA!! The theme park ride will be terrible!!
It will be nominated for every film award that has ever existed. And, to be clear, I believe that the quality of the Taylor Swift Marvel movie, as a film, will be–
