@atomicpoet The only reason they haven’t set up at least a handful of nodes for this “proof of concept” is likely that it doesn’t work very well yet. What they have been doing all these years I have no idea? 🤷🏼‍♂️

@atomicpoet so, you like the firehose? I find it overwhelming and stressful. (ADHD here).

I am relieved to use @megalodon's list features to reduce stress with my own curated lists. :-)

(But mastodon has pure reverse chronological, do I have that right?)

@atomicpoet it's hardly working. I don't like community either. They are like bunch of "cool" kids in high school but they are not. App is very clean tho. In mastodon we need better UI experience.

@chrisshaw Yes, Bluesky is all about algorithms. The only reverse chron feed that you get is from people who you deliberately follow.

And while Bluesky is supposed to be decentralized, it isn't yet.
