As someone who suffers from and , I wholeheartedly understand the importance of and the need for awareness. Before, I would just brush it off like it was nothing, THAT WAS NOT GOOD. Nor, did it do any good. It was not until I got help, started journaling, talking about my issues, that I started to break free from the darkness. I still have those days, but they are easier to handle.

Get help! Talk to friends, family, etc. It helps.
