You cannot go wrong with matrix.org/ecosystem/clients/element/

cinny.in is great for Desktop environments.

For iOS you can use ElementX: apps.apple.com/us/app/…/id1631335820It’s still very new but much quicker than Element. Its a rewrite and the future app that just released.
