@Jeneric your eyes deceive you. the white box on the left is an Indigo G3, and there are 3 others (a Tangerine, Strawberry and Sage) hidden behind the box pile 😅
@vga256 Just the kind of reply I was hoping for! I lent my G3 iMac to a friend who had an urgent computer need, and they thought it was old and useless, so disposed of it without asking if I wanted it back. I miss that computer. The Harman & Kardon speakers made it useful if only as a CD player.

@TimeCycles yup - i'm running an LC475 (Performa 475) as my #globalTalk router, there's a Performa 580CD (peeking out from the extreme bottom right on the floor with a pinky sticky note), and a Performa 575 in a massive cardboard box in the hallway out of frame :)
they're great machines! if only the plastics on them didn't turn to dust.
@vga256 what I remember best were the screen savers - the toasters of course, Daredevil Dan, rats racing around a track. Lots of fun stuff. My start up sound was Marv Albert yelling his signature “Yes!” (An American sportscaster in case you’re unfamiliar).
@TimeCycles 😆 i had "Totally Twisted" AfterDark installed on mine - and The Simpsons screensaver. i left it running all day just to keep me occupied while i cooked in the kitchen
