@OutofPrintArchive That's really interesting. Did they issue a DVD the size of a GameCube disc? That can't have held much video, half an hour? Especially as the GC can't play DVDs.
Also, I waited ages for that Action Reply disc to play imported games. It took them quite a while to get it working, if I remember correctly, as the release date kept being pushed back. And it was given away free!
I imported a NASCAR racer and one other because they featured the GBA link feature I really loved.
I actually don't know as I don't have any supplements to these magazines.
I do know that the early NGamer issues came with full sized DVDs, so I'm guessing this would have been the same.
I actually got my Action Replay so I could play Kururin Squash. 🙂
