WTL, Thursday: 149 seconds of plank, 100 pushups, followed by 22.3 km of #running (+2°C with rain), and then zero minutes of kettle bells.
This was a rough run. It was damp, cold and raining, and everything felt like a struggle.
…and turned out to be my fastest half-marathon of the year. 🤷🏻
When I got home I was chilled to the bone and skipped kettle bells so I could get into the hot shower to warm back up.
Easily worse than -30°C (to me, anyway).
