Had a look at oleandrin the most promising one in Wikipedia. Apparently it is very toxic. So we’ll see if this actually works or not. A long way from an AI model to treatment of aging.
I'd have to say Kerbal Space Program. It's got some rough edges, but I'd warrant that no other game has spread love and knowledge of realistic space exploration as widely or as successfully.
You can gain the superpower of getting deep knowledge and pretty good skills in a given field, but it must be your special interest otherwise it doesn't or barely works.
