Tubi has a lot of good quality scifi tv shows from the past as well. My personal favorite eras are the mid 90's and the mid-to-late 2000s, with an asterisk for BSG in 2003/4. As far as Movie, Pandorum and Oblivion are two of my favorites, for very different reasons.
The Vast of Night - Good UFO story
Banshee Chapter - Dont know if it fits in scifi but its based on Lovecraft's "From Beyond"
Crimes of the future - Kindof a new movie. A bit pretentious but interesting none the less.
Stepford Wives - The one from the 70's. I watched it recently and its very tonally diferent from the remake. Worth a watch IMO.
I know Ive watched others but I cant remember them now and the ones I remember are kinda popular that I dont think need a recomendation. Have fun!

Not sure if it's your bag but YouTube used to have a ton of 80s and 90s anime movies. Super weird stuff. For me it's a heavy nostalgia dose. Just search "anime full movie 80s". Tons of playlists will pop up.
Thanks to this comment I just started watching Robot Carnival for the first time since I was a kid! I keep forgetting about all the old free movies on YouTube.
