By the time this "truck" launches in 2029 it'll be dead on arrival. Ford / Chevvy / Toyota / Nissan / Rivian will all have quality electric trucks that are actually usable. A handful of suburban rich dads will take their kids to school in this and that'll be the end of it.

As far as a truck goes: how on earth do you reach anything in the bed from the sides? So when stuff slides up at the back of the bed, you can't reach it at all?

Plus not to mention the damage Elon is doing to the Tesla brand on the daily. Will Tesla have any customers left by the end of this decade?

Agree about the cybertruck, but Tesla is not hurting for customers. Their sales numbers are excellent, and are likely to improve now that the model 3 is cheaper and qualifies for the US tax credit.

I wish Elon would see consequences for his actions but it doesn’t seem likely to happen, at least not via Tesla sales.

(I don’t own a Tesla btw)
