Some folks may enjoy watching a long video about a trip across north america, but for me I’d prefer to learn about the components in the hardware and how it works etc. only
Off the shelf 640x400 monocle, custom main board. 2 sizable batteries that just tuck behind your head on the ends of the arms. Audio. Looks great for an open project, but it’s far beyond me to make one and below interest on specs and capabilities at the same time.
Looks cool but I need a prescription and I need it to be full lens and full wireless. I need to be able to control the holograms without a pointer device.
I think that’s entirely reasonable for a passion project. Not this guy’s, but someone with that passion and similar needs to do to build off it. That’s the beauty of open source.
