As it is written it is fairly boring non-binding thing. Most of the stuff found in previous versions that go against freedom of speech have been removed.
This is like when American conservative Christians say “actually, Christians are the most persecuted people in the world!” right down to the Indian government itself being a huge part of the global problem of Islamophobia.
Well just because the religion itself and fundamentalists suck is no excuse to abuse moderates and victims coerced into it via family and/or cultural pressure.
