I haven't seen #Abigail yet but it appears to share some similarities with the French movie #LIVID (aka #LIVIDE.) At least peripherally.
I think they are probably very different in tone, but LIVID is on #Shudder (or it was) and I HIGHLY recommend it. And I'd be curious as to what people who've seen Abigail think. (No spoilers, though, please.)
I am at the point where I am considering buying one of those refillable #Regal soda cups since I have been seeing so many more movies lately because of Unlimited.
Doing a double feature today of #SpyFamily and #Abigail and realizing that I need one of those cups.

The Scandinavian messenger of demonic heavy metal known as King Diamond beckons you to listen to his album Abigail before you watch the horror movie Abigail.
Why oh why did they mess up the production on this album then? The songs are so good, the album is supposed to sound great, not like it was recorded in a tin can.
I have a hard time rating it, honestly. With better production this would be a 5/5 candidate, but all things considered, I'll settle with 4/5 dead Miriams.
