Oh Don't forget to donate to the campaign through or the Official .com And yes I gave two days ago, I've been giving to the Democratic party since 2007
Oh and Donald Trump smells

I seldom regret making donations, but if I’d had any clue how poor a steward would be of my personal information and the resulting sharing of it that would take place through countless political house file trades (a practice that should be banned), I never would’ve supported whatever campaign it was that lead me down this path.

@darrylhthomas @schwa is a horrible company. People (my dad) think they are doing a one time donation and find out it is weekly. I don’t know how many of those I cancelled before my father had his debit card cancelled.

Please tell me there’s some way I’ve missed to opt out of and automatically subscribing me to every *#%^&^! Democratic Congressional Campaign’s mailing list simply because I had the nerve to support and want to hear from candidates in my own state & district.

No, I don’t want to “chip in” to random dude running in Colorado or elsewhere. I’m tired of playing Unsubscribe whack a mole.

I've been working since last fall to cancel recurring contributions my father got onto but can't get off of. They don't centralize all the recurring charges, everything looks long canceled under his login. When you find receipts (only by e-mail), they don't make recurences easy to cancel. Each time I've thought I've gotten them all, I find a few charges keep reappearing. They hold themselves out as the good guys, but they are so sketch. To think I even used to tip them.

To all of my Democratic friends.

May I ask that for one day next week, you missed one cup of coffee (if you buy take out coffee), and you donate that money to a Democratic candidate.

Then do it weekly. We are fighting for our lives here. We need more than just your vote. Then start looking into what you can do in your state to help. Volunteer. Phonebank. Anything. This is a battle we need to win and we cannot do it from an armchair. 🖖🖖🖖🖖

@SpockResists 💯 is a powerful way of supporting Democratic candidates and causes nationwide: https://secure.actblue.com You can donate or volunteer. I donate monthly and have it set up to go to the campaigns that are most in need.

tl;dr: fuck

I’d be far less reluctant to donate to Democratic campaigns and progressive causes if doing so didn’t mean getting spam from over 9000 different mailing lists all clamoring for more money because I’ve gotten added to some list of suckers that gets shared about with utter promiscuous abandon.
