Les clés de la porte à triple serrure qui protégeait la salle des #archives à l'hôtel de ville de #Lyon entre 1646 et les années 1860. En guise de porte-clefs, une chaîne avec un #blason où il est écrit : "UNE DES CLEFZ DE LA CHAMBRE A VOULT OU SO[n]T LES PAPIERS ET TILTRES DE LA VILLE".
La porte a suivi les déménagements successifs des #ArchivesDeLyon jusqu'au bâtiment actuel, où elle trône dans le hall.

Les Archives Arolsen : collection de fichiers et documents concernant 17,5 millions de personnes, victimes à divers titre des persécutions nazies : déportés, déplacés, prisonniers de guerre, etc..

notamment Sidney, mort de tuberculose à l'infirmerie du Stalag IV-G à Oschatz... inhumé dans le cimetière de cette lointaine et charmante ville de Saxe.
Archivist/Photographer question: My Dad, who was a professional photographer for 50 years, has moved into a memory care facility. I'm trying to organize his catalog. For photographers with 1TB+ of photos, do you use a system? Archivists same question. I may build a sqlite application to identify images by keywords but flat file system isn't going to work. Could be by date? by subject? by something else? Storage is a 2TB NVME SSD in USB-3.0 adapter.
