James Gunn’s ‘Superman’ has cast Wendell Pierce as Daily Planet editor-in-chief Perry White. This is the role I was hoping would go to Carl Weathers, but this casting is good too.

@jann I think #RyanReynolds can actually do a better job with multiverse plot than #MarvelStudios or #DCStudios have been doing. But, I still don’t feel the need to see them in this for more than a minute. Their movie was BAD.
Initial thought was if this film came out before #SpiderManNoWayHome, it would be more special in how it pulls from other iterations of characters. Keaton is fun to watch.
Other cameos don’t make much sense other than fan service. Probably could shave another 30 min off the film and it would have paced better.
