Got Donald Shoup's "The High Cost of Free Parking" in Libby as an audiobook. A very depressing listen on the #UpperWestSide. We'd so benefit by smart meters but they will never happen because the money would go into a central fund and never benefit the local area. Must be happy with elimination of #ParkingMinimums. There’s something wrong with parking lot design these days. My car is the red one. I have about a foot left in front of me. The truck is pulled all the way in and still blocks several feet of the driving area.
