Almost 160 Palestinians were killed and 195 injured by Israeli attacks between Monday and Wednesday, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported on Wednesday, as heavy fighting continues in northern Gaza City.

Israeli media are now reporting that ten hostages were killed as a result of Israeli attacks on buildings where the IDF knew hostages were located.
The incident, which took place on February 5, was documented by the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) and confirmed by CNN investigation published on Wednesday.
The attack marked the last time that UNRWA attempted to deliver aid to northern #Gaza, where 15.6% of children under two are acutely malnourished.
The firing came after the International Court of Justice ruled that Israel was plausibly committing genocide in Gaza and ordered it to take steps to prevent acts of genocide, including delivering humanitarian aid to Gazans.
UN slams Israel's impunity, calls for ‘special tribunal’
In an interview with The Financial Times on Monday, Martin Griffiths, head of UN humanitarian operations, said that a “special tribunal” for the #Gaza war may be necessary as the Israeli genocide continues with complete impunity and no accountability.

Israel, and its chief patron the United States, by attempting to shut down the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), which provides food and aid to Gaza, is not only committing a war crime, but is in flagrant defiance of the International Criminal Court (ICJ).

It’s only because normal people are getting eyes into what’s really happening that this issue is subject to worldwide outcry and condemnation that has placed the empire on the back foot.
