Today's #VGMWednesday theme is Let's Take a Breather, all about safe rooms or non combat areas.
I love the original Luigi's Mansion, which used it's main theme in many arrangements of different instruments depending on the mood of the scene.
The theme that plays in E. Gadd's Lab between chapters is a nice synthy arrangement
The theme for @miona 's #VgmWednesday is #LetsTakeABreather and the first thing jumped in my mind like an angry kangaroo is the save point theme from the beautiful game Transistor.
For Today's #VGMWednesday Theme ( #LetsTakeABreather )
I have to choose something from the Celeste Soundtrack. This game helped me handle my panic attacks and is very dear to my heart.
VGM Wednesday's theme is Safe Havens.
Borrowed from @miona :
Safe havens come in many forms, such as save points, hub areas, villages and cities, inns and bars, stores... the list goes on. ✨
My pick, and there could only be one for me is the save bench theme from ICO: Heal.
This is an extended version.

Ohhh yes horror games. Love save room themes in them.
Personally I keep thinking of indie game that has become obscure by now that is Penumbra (from Amnesia devs, one of earliest that experimented with physics-based interactions and dynamic shadows).
Many years ago I've never got to any room that plays this track, I think, so getting to hear a non-stressful track in main walkthrough few years ago was lovely.
