This #screenshotsaturday we are showing our rigid body tank running through rigid body blocks that were a building before I knocked it over.

Performance has been a recurring problem in this project... A big goal is impact and destruction, which is all good until the frame rare starts dropping! Things are smooth here, mainly because there are no path finding enemies.

I think that we understand different emotion under "enlightenment", which means that the word is used with ambiguity by humans in writing.

Ok I think I just rammed into semantics.

But I can say that what I wanted to say, that after overcoming an obstacle, there must be easy paths you can follow widely to get that intellectual rush sensation.
Was thinking about design discussions, how we think, mental discoveries. Easy paths of making you rethink your understanding.

One of the most basic yet unreal video game facts is that the Start button used to start the game... And often ONLY start, and sometimes it was the only thing start EVER did.

Plenty of early NES games will only let you use SELECT to toggle main menu items and START to select them

It was a simpler time

Must be a slow change of paradigm from when you were expected to configure the game on console itself.

If you've got allergies, please try a second/third gen antihistamine

You can get a year's supply of Cetirizine for under $30. It's "second gen" but in my experience "third gen" is identical. "First gen" is benadryl and has notable drowsiness and is not all-day.

I can always tell if I missed my meds by the time work ends because I'll be an itchy sniffly mess

Crysis is...interesting. I've never played an FPS where picking up ammo and seeing enemies through 18 layers of foliage are the hardest parts of gameplay by far.

Like I mean it's. Really. REALLY. Hard to pick up ammo.

It really sucks how rare comments are on youtube now. You can get 1-10k views with like, 1-10 comments now.

Back in like 2010 or earlier, you could easily see dozens of comments on a video under 100 views

And I mean real people this was before bots and spam comment memes largely ruined it
