After an exciting winter of drone photography, I was so very much looking forward to the change of seasons. In particular, the breaking up of the ice on Lake Mille Lacs.
For a few moments, I was sure that I would miss it while attending #Midcamp in Chicago last week. However, I returned just in time and it's been great.
Too many good photos, not sure which ones to share. I love the mix of broken ice and open water in this bay near SE corner of lake.
Welcome gathering for Midcamp was really nice. Thanks to the organizers for providing this opportunity to connect the night before event. It's very valuable and much appreciated.
