Spent time again late last night (after 11pm) in #Toontown . We were able to ride #ChipAndDalesGadgetCoaster with no wait, and then we noticed #ChipAndDale themselves out playing in Goofy's yard, playing with the musical bridge, playing hopscotch, and playing with the various noisemakers, all with guests joining in. #Disneyland 1/2
Then I saw #MickeyMouse in front of his house in his running suit again, so we went over to say hi. We also said hi to #MinnieMouse in front of her house.
The kids can have the run of the land during the day, but late night is the time for adults in Toontown! #Disneyland 2/2
Custom trash cans for the "Minnie's Funderland" limited-time celebration; another reason why Tokyo Disneyland is one of the best of the Disney theme parks. #TrashCanTuesday
It was a really brutal race for me. I had a lot of new experiences today, but thankfully, getting swept at a race and taking a DNF (did not finish) was not one of them. I'll do a more complete write-up later this week, but for now, I did finish the half marathon and so earned both a #HalfMarathon and #DumboDoubleDare medal. 1/2
"The original versions of Mickey and Minnie Mouse will enter the public domain on Jan. 1, more than 95 years after first being introduced by Walt Disney in 'Steamboat Willie.'
Beginning on Jan. 1, any creator has the legal right to use the characters in new works, as long as it's the 'Steamboat Willie' versions and not the near-century of animated evolution."
Went to #Disneyland over the weekend and went on #RunawayRailway. The ride was absolutely adorable. The queue moved quickly, there was so much to see, and I had a blast!
My one complaint is that the ride was a bit jerky at times, but honestly that describes many rides at Disney nowadays...
