I asked (creative) to write a nursery rhyme about a billionaire visiting the Titanic wreck in his submersible

The chatbot generated something a bit dark

Notice that I made no mention of , , or and it doesn't look like it did a specific Internet search for the prompt

The parallels in language between and so so many tech bros are fascinating to me. Not particularly surprising, but fascinating nonetheless.

Stockton Rush claimed that regulations and steps like classing would get in the way of innovation and that his sub could not be tested except by his company. So innovative!

Meanwhile we have manned submersibles that don't even count the depth as a dive for classing purposes because it is so shallow.

@maegul @hrefna Innovation my asp. was in a hurry to exploit deep sea mining & he didn’t have the money or investors to do it properly. His solution? Put the lives of people at risk. It was greed, entitlement, & a desperate need to be as well-known as Branson or Elon.

OceanGate CEO Missing in Titanic Sub Had History of Donating to GOP Candidates
Here’s who OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush has donated to

    https://newrepublic.com/post/173829/oceangate-ceo-missing-titanic-sub-history-donating-gop-candidates

Public campaign finance records indicate that Stockton Rush, the CEO of OceanGate currently stuck on the missing Titan submersible that was running a tourist expedition of the Titanic wreck, has been a consistent Republican donor

"You know, at some point, safety just is pure waste," said Rush. "I mean, if you just want to be safe, don't get out of bed. Don't get in your car. Don't do anything. At some point, you're going to take some risk, and it really is a risk/reward question. I think I can do this just as safely by breaking the rules."

You thought wrong, moron, and now you and four others have paid with your lives. I can only hope it was quick.

Your desire for money at the expense of safety is the same driver that propels other "Move Fast, Break Things" idiots who shall remain unnamed. OK, Musk. I mean Musk. Specifically his cars.

I don't care if YOU die in your tin can, but others shouldn't pay for your hubris, wealthy or not.

Completely ignoring the limitations of carbon fibre under repeated pressure events, and shrugging off concerns over the window that was only certified to 34% of the depth you dove, has killed you. For money and "fame".

Idiot. And it's not like you weren't warned!

Now people you wouldn't give a shit about, people who actually understand the sea and safety, have to risk their lives looking for you.
