For those who has been in the internet for ages, this song is a well known meme. It originally was released as part of the Super Eurobeat Vol. 85 song compilation and is featured as a song in the anime "Initial D: First Stage".
For those who remembers Need for Speed: Most Wanted, I chose this song as it introduces you to the first real race of the game. Honestly though, the entire soundtrack is still fun to listen to this date with each rival having its own theme.
This particular one is the theme of "Sonny", the first of the rivals you'll have to beat to get to the top of the most wanted list.
This speedcore song is arranged from the original Touhou song 平安のエイリアン (Heian no Eirian, or Heian Alien) by ZUN.
The use of the song ramping up alongside the hard beats makes it very iconic. This song's progression is like meeting the final boss of a rhythm game and witnessing its transforming phases.
One of Bemani's songs that was featured in SOUND VOLTEX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN. This is one of the most well known songs throughout the rhythm game genre. The intensity of the song
Additionally, this song was used as part of a map pool for the osu! world cup 2023 last week. This song was picked as the 5th map between Germany vs USA.
That's 3, I know, but after 3 I really couldn't think of any more apart from Cake's "The Distance" and instead of spending way too much time looking things up, I'll end it here and add to it if I think of more.

1.) Emil Assergård, Jasmine Kara - När Räven Raskar
When I ran out of tracks I knew, I went looking for music in Norwegian b/c 2 birds 1 stone and all. Instead I found this, which looks to my eyes like poorly spelled Norwegian and so is probably Swedish, which is close enough that I could identify it fitting the theme. The chorus references “räven räsker over isen” (the raven speeds over the ice), which appears to be a children’s song. https://songwhip.com/emilassergard/nar-raven-raskar
Manic Street Preachers - Faster https://youtu.be/Y5PI7k_ZiQ0
(I used to be a big fan of the Manics when I was young. Very much not my cup of tea now, but it was still the first song that came to mind. And I can see why I liked them back then, they were very exciting. Also, note Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer presenting TOTP here.)
Jorja Smith - What If My Heart Beats Faster? https://youtu.be/cuJ-PgRC5tQ
(Much more recent, a splendid bit of grandiose sweeping soul.)
Jimmy Witherspoon - Fast Women And Sloe Gin https://youtu.be/NnksL5wguCw
(Bit of a play on words to fit this in, but worth it for some classic jump blues.)
Rob - Make It Fast, Make It Slow https://youtu.be/TyZRs38s3Uk
(There's always time for the king of west African filthy funk. If you don't want to hear Rob groaning orgasmically at least once a week, why are you even following me?)
Primal Scream - Shoot Speed/Kill Light https://youtu.be/OMiX_5ADrWY
(Another one that I loved when I was younger. Although, come to think of it, this album - XTRMNTR - still has a lot to recommend it. It's the presence of Kevin Shields that makes it stand apart. And this is unmistakeably Kevin Shields.)
