This post going viral on Fedi isn't an example of the curb cut effect. It's just proof people are so damn uninformed on disabled people's lives that they don't have a clue how toothless the ADA is.
Perhaps if you want to use what meager laws that exist to protect folks like us, people should actually come out to fight so the laws do basically anything to begin with.
