Here's my physical Pokémon game collection. My first was actually a Pokémon TCG cartridge, but I traded it away to a childhood friend many years ago. Among the GBC games, Silver and Crystal need new save batteries. Blue, to my shock, still holds a save.
Also pictured: my EZ Flash Omega and Acekard 2i flash carts with many Pokémon games on them. The rest of my collection is entirely digital. Do you still have your old cartridges?
i had a copy of Silver before it came out in the states (Japanese), got it from an import store my mom would dump me in while she got her nails done after school.
the cart for blue and silver are especially nostalgic for me. then i had a lull gen3 but came back for D/P and beyond and now i hate the series. thanks #gamefreak
I spotted this (apparently time limited, it hard-stops you 15 minutes after you start it) trial for this game Tembo the Badass Elephant in the Microsoft store the other day, so I threw it on my Series X. As it turns out, it came out in 2015, it was made by Game Freak and SEGA, and it's a pretty good game.
You're the titular badass elephant and you run around and rescue people and smash things (and are revived by peanut butter if you get too hurt)-- definitely a game for me. Feels a little like Donkey Kong Country sometimes.
