Fantastic romhack, cannot recommend it enough. Better Pokemon game than Gamefreak has put out since Sun Moon at the least.

Has anyone played Pokemon Polished Crystal, the rom hack? I'm missing 2 families, the third starter (Silver's), and Natu/Xatu.

I think I get the latter after getting all 28 Unown forms, but I'm stumped on getting the Rival's starter. I've done everything, beat Leaf, Red, E4 rematch, Orange Islands, everything.
