I assume that when the rejuvelac is ready and is poured off for storage and later use, one can also cook the fermented sprouted grain — a stir-fry for example. How do you use the grain?

The nutrients are all used up by this process, so I usually offer them to the birds. But I'd be interested to hear your thoughts if you eat them yourself.
A friend of mine makes hers from buckwheat for #glutenfree option. Not as strong in flavour. @wfpb
