@mekkaokereke@Jorsh On Fediverse, people select their own society, no? Are you saying people of color are being targeted here by Nazis in ways not visible to other general users? I ask this as a UX designer who considers how to make interfaces more inclusive and safe. I want to learn what needs to work better.
Thinking about setting up my own instance for fun. Can any of y’all recommend me some articles resources etc about this? I know many of you have been doing this
@Teri_Kanefield Perhaps, but basically it would negate ANY enforcement of the law, by just planning one small work “activity” on every single campaign trip.
Sort of like how people deduct a business lunch or business trip on their taxes by talking about one work thing for five minutes or less.
@Teri_Kanefield I did read them. I’m referencing 2nd qualifying point for moving the trial to federal court: if judge requires only a single official act as chief of staff to move it to fed court. Sorry, I don’t mean to vex you. It just seems to me that if a single official activity on a trip full of campaign-related activities gets it into fed court, gets the plaintiff better legal treatment, it could lead to similar campaign abuses. I know this ruling is only about which court gets the case.
@DemocracySpot Yup, it is Tim’s. I keep adding images to his gallery. More are coming. I’ve used metal prints for durable things, like my grandma’s photo on the traveling golf trophy named for her. I like them on images that have a gray or metalic glint, because the metal works with the colors in the print, adds to it.
