Soo last night's ...I'm seeing a lot of "Doctor Who is back!" and "Finally it's good again!" and I've got to say, to me at least it was never gone? And yeah, it was good, sure. And I enjoyed seeing Tennant and Tate together again, but it also felt a bit like a retread of familiar territory.

I'd currently say it's about as good as some of the better 13 era episodes, but not as good or better than the best ones.
Maybe people actually mean "The RTD / Tennant show is back", which would be correct. But has been there and quite brilliant all along.
