Just looking at that map makes me crack up as someone from Ireland. Baltimore is a small town here on the south coast of Cork. Dundalk is up in Northern Ireland. Pasadena is a place in California.

I just think it’s funny when America has random place names taken from elsewhere.

I know people who don’t know what an Ethernet cable is.

Internet = wifi / mobile data. And that’s it as far as they are concerned

Routers, modems, switches, bandwidth, Ethernet etc. That’s all just mysterious mumbo jumbo nerd shit. They only know that wifi = the symbol on their phone and that it makes their apps load. It’s crazy.

There was hope initially, but as a huge overwatch fan, when Jeff Kaplan, the former game director of Overwatch, left Blizzard, I could see the bullshit that lay ahead. It took too long for others to realize.

As a European where gambling apps have become pervasive, America isn’t ready for the amount of gambling addiction that is about to happen as all these states loosen their betting laws.

In Ireland now for years, you couldn’t watch a sports event without a million ads for a bunch of shitty gambling and sports betting apps. I hate it. It should be banned. The ads that is, if people want to piss away their money, it’s not my business, but at the very least, it shouldnt be allowed to be marketed so heavily.
