Not every boss. I do care about the bottom line, because it’s my job to guide the team to efficiency. Most of my employees are solid and make managing easy. Where I make my paycheck is making sure all the customers get their shit during the holidays when they all burn their PTO.

You aren’t. I was just hired for a great position by not filling out their form. Then they emailed me and asked if I wanted to finish. I said “I won’t fill out something that is already on my resume”. They had a couple of interviews and a substantial offer. I started last week.

It depends on the position. If it’s entry level or some retail job, yes, fill it out. But management or some other position where it’s highly specific, this is an absolute waste of my time.

You have zero idea of what you are talking about. Which is the sin of 0. So the more you speak, you just increase the times you are wrong. That’s called frequency. If you use that, you can adjust the angle that you approach the subject and have more resonance with your audience.

You don’t understand how many people do use these functions. Even yourself. You use them and don’t even think about it because it’s beyond your comprehension. Frequency of anything is trigonometry. Observing and utilizing the efficiency is a bi-product of applied mathematics. There are so many other examples.

Math is the only language that goes through all other dialects. Think about how monumental that is. Every language in the world agrees that math makes sense. But you don’t.

My oldest is a gamer just like me. We hang out in discords. That’s why I monitor him. It’s not necessarily him or the friends I know about that worry me. It’s the random pedo like people that can come from many games and many interactions.

The youngest just watches silly videos and doesn’t have a gaming bone in her body. So I just try to make it fair. Since they both need time away.
