After years of dithering there is some clarity or what Windows development platforms to use: WinUI/WinAppSdk or good old (but refreshed) WPF. Windows devs rejoice!
I laser cut and painted some acrylic for the front panel of this IMSAI 8080 recreation and it makes all the difference. Still some issues with the electronics but also added a fan mostly to stop me reaching my fingers in while turning it on and electrocuting myself.

@GrantMeStrength Brings back memories of a IMSAI 8080 in my Dad's physics lab. I used to toggle in small programs that drove an oscilloscope it what was a proto-game.
In 2024 I would like the ability to paste a piece of text that happens to be bold or in another type size into my doc AND NOT HAVE EVERYTHING I TYPE AFTER IT ALSO BOLD OR IN A DIFFERENT SIZE. Thank you.
